Learning Support Assistant Roles – Starting September 2026

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team from September 2026.

We have a variety of roles available, including:

• Inclusive Learning support
• Mainstream classroom support
• 1:1 student support
• Small group interventions

These roles offer an excellent opportunity to support students across a range of needs and abilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About You

• Experience working with children or young people is preferred but not essential
• A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for supporting student learning and development

Recruitment Process

• Trial days and interviews will take place on a rolling basis
